How often will my books arrive?

If you receive a print book, you'll receive a new book at the frequency you signed up for (every four weeks or every two weeks).

If you receive the book digitally, you'll receive a notification for a new e-book via your email. You'll just need to sign-in to your account on AnniesFiction.com to access the newest e-book.

When will the first book arrive?

We ship most books within a few days of receiving your order. Most shipments will arrive within 2-3 weeks.

If you receive the books digitally, you'll have instant access online to your first e-book. Just sign-in to your account and start reading!

Can I purchase individual books?

We only offer the books through our book clubs currently.

I receive my books digitally, are my e-books viewable on the iPad®, Kindle®, and Nook®?

For Kindle, you'll need to select the option to email file to your Kindle device email address from your Amazon email address.

You can find the Kindle device email address by looking in "Settings" and then selecting "My Account" where the Kindle email address is displayed. Please note that the address must be entered exactly as displayed in your Kindle including in the correct upper or lower case.

The Amazon email address is the email address you have associated with your Amazon account.

If you don't receive the file, you may need to add your own Kindle email address to your Kindle approved email address. Please follow the instructions below to do this.

  1. Sign-in to your account on Amazon.com
  2. Under your account information, select “Your Content and Devices".
  3. Select “Preferences" and scroll to "Personal Document Settings".
  4. Under "Approved Personal Document E-mail List" click "Add a new approved e-mail address."
  5. Enter the e-mail address to approve and select "Add Address."
  6. Send the book file to yourself again.

I need to change my address. How can I do that?

You can make address changes by clicking here.

I need to update my payment information. How can I do that?

You can update your information here. You can also call us at 1-800-282-6643, but please don't send credit card information through email.

How can I return a book?

Print books must be returned within 21 days for a refund or credit.

If you need to return a product, please package the book securely along with your customer number, name, and address. Then send it back to us at PO BOX 8000, Big Sandy, TX, 75755-8000. We'll credit your account as quickly as possible. If you also want to cancel your membership so you don't get any future shipments, please include a note with your return stating your wishes or click here to cancel online.

Digital books must be returned within 72 hours of being notified the book is available. To return a digital e-book, please contact us at Customer_Service@AnniesFiction.com.

How can I cancel a membership?

You can submit your request to cancel here. We'll send you an email confirmation as soon as your cancellation is processed.

If there's a service problem or other reason you wish to cancel, we hope you'll contact us first and give us a chance to solve the problem.

Can I be billed for my e-books?

Membership in a digital book club requires that you make payment by credit card prior to accessing an e-book. If we are unable to process your credit card when it's time to send you a new book, you'll be unable to access the book. However, you'll always have access to any books you've paid for.

I have already paid -- why am I still getting bills?

When we send an invoice for a book you have ordered, we allow 4 weeks to pass before we send a follow-up invoice. Sometimes we may receive your payment a day or so after we have already sent the follow-up invoice. If you have already made your payment and receive another invoice afterwards, you may ignore it. You can check your account online for up-to-date information.

How do I know that my credit card is secure when I order from you or make a payment over the Internet?

We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software that is among the best available today for secure Internet transactions. When you place an order or pay your bill on-line, this software encrypts all of your personal information, including your credit card number, so that it cannot be read as it travels over the Internet.

I'm unable to make my payment or other customer care transaction over the Internet. Who should I contact?

Please call customer service at (800) 282-6643 or at Customer_Service@AnniesFiction.com if you experience a problem making a transaction to your online account.

Do you accept International orders?

Yes, we welcome memberships from international customers for digital books.

We currently are only able to ship print books to the U.S. and Canada.

What is your policy concerning mailing lists?

We regularly communicate to our customers through the mail with information and offers from our family of companies. From time to time we make our customer mailing list available to other companies that sell goods and services that we believe would interest our customers. (We do not provide customer telephone numbers to these companies.) If you prefer not to receive any of this information, or if you wish to receive only information from our family of companies, please notify us at MailPreference@Annies-Publishing.com.

Notice: If the Post Office alerts us that your paid product is undeliverable, we have no further obligation unless we receive a corrected address within two years.

How often will my audio books arrive?

Can I receive my audio books sooner than every three weeks?

We're sorry, but we're only able to offer the books on this schedule.
